Being a quality driven organization, we lay utmost emphasis to offer best quality range of Die Castings and Molds. We adhere to international quality standards in our entire production process to deliver defect free and flawless range. This has been possible owing to our in-house quality testing laboratory, wherein all the products are checked on well defined parameters until the final packaging. We have employed a team of the experienced quality controllers, which is engaged in checking each and every stage of production right from the procurement of raw material till the final dispatch of consignments.
Our range is checked on the basis of the following parameters:
- Insect resistivity (wooden patterns]
- Termite proof (wooden patterns]
- Durability
- Efficiency Resistant to corrosion
Apart from this, we also send our range to NABL approved testing centers for further inspection, wherein the following tests are conducted for assuring the quality:
- Ultrasonic testing
- Radiography
- Hardness test
- D.P.T. (die penetration test)
- M.P.T. (magnetic particle test)
- Ultrasonic test
- Industrial X-ray
- Chemistry of metals
- Tensile strength & elongation
